With two refurbished lifts and free parking available, accessing our space is hassle-free. The GameDev HUB (450m²) provides a versatile and modern space for various events and seminars. With its fully equipped kitchen (40m²) and conference room (12m²), it offers convenience and functionality. The small balcony and several coatrooms add a touch of comfort and practicality. Additionally, the open event space boasts a selection of arcades and consoles, making it a perfect spot for entertainment and networking. Our rooms are well heated, and we have functioning climate control for the rare Estonian summer heat. 24 hours of access through keycards. Separate spaces for small companies are available.
For every inhabitant, we provide a table (with adjustable height) and two screens. We can also provide all of the peripherals, like earphones, a mouse, and a keyboard. You don’t need to pay any extra fees for that. The HUB also offers high-speed internet access, ensuring that you can stay connected and productive. Our staff is available to assist with any technical needs or troubleshooting that may arise.
